Terms and Conditions

These Terms govern access to and use of the Blue People website, Blue Zone, Income AI, Blue AI, Blue Life, member services, digital tools, community features and related offerings made available through the Blue People ecosystem.

1. Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering for, purchasing, joining, subscribing to, participating in, or otherwise using any part of the Blue People website, Blue Zone, Income AI, Blue AI, Blue Life, community channels, digital tools, programmes, assessments, dashboards, content, events or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with any policies, notices, disclaimers and additional terms referenced on the platform.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not access or use the platform. Your continued use of the platform after updates to these Terms means that you accept the updated Terms.

2. Definitions

In these Terms, unless the context requires otherwise:

Blue People, we, us, ourThe Blue People platform, website, ecosystem and the legal entity that owns or operates it.
User, you, yourAny visitor, applicant, member, subscriber, participant, customer, partner, creator, entrepreneur, student or other person using the platform.
PlatformThe Blue People website and related services, including Blue Zone, Income AI, Blue AI, Blue Life, community features, dashboards, digital tools and content.
Blue ZoneThe member access area, dashboard or ecosystem through which eligible users may access tools, systems, income platforms, resources, content and community features.
Income AI / Blue AIAI-enabled assessment, matching, recommendation, automation, guidance, content or decision-support tools made available by Blue People.
Blue LifeMember-focused experiences, networking, lifestyle, travel, collaboration, member kits, gatherings and ecosystem recognition initiatives.

3. Platform Scope and Purpose

Blue People is designed as an AI-powered digital income, opportunity, learning, business growth and community ecosystem. The platform may provide users with access to structured digital income pathways, AI-assisted assessments, business formalisation resources, curated digital platforms, community networking, educational content, lifestyle experiences, and tools intended to support execution, collaboration and long-term growth.

The platform may evolve over time. We may add, remove, modify, suspend, rename, replace or discontinue any feature, service, programme, pathway, benefit, platform, dashboard, AI model, community area or content without prior notice, subject to applicable law and any specific paid-service terms that apply.

4. Eligibility and Lawful Use

You may use the platform only if you have legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement or have the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian where required by law. You must use the platform lawfully, honestly, responsibly, and in accordance with these Terms.

You warrant that all information you provide is accurate, current, complete and not misleading. You must not use the platform if doing so would violate any law, regulation, court order, contractual obligation, third-party right, platform policy or acceptable use requirement.

5. Applications, Accounts and Access Credentials

Certain areas of the platform may require an application, approval, payment, invitation, registration, login, membership profile or user ID. We may approve, decline, suspend, verify or request additional information for any account or application at our discretion, subject to applicable law.

  • You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential.
  • You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
  • You may not sell, transfer, rent, share, sublicense or assign your account without written permission.
  • You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account unless caused by our proven fault.

6. Membership, Blue Zone and Community Access

Blue Zone and related member areas may provide access to selected income platforms, tools, systems, training resources, community areas, onboarding content, execution frameworks and ecosystem opportunities. Membership does not create an employment relationship, partnership, agency relationship, franchise, joint venture, guaranteed business opportunity or guaranteed financial return.

Access may be subject to approval, onboarding requirements, rules of participation, payment, technical requirements, availability of third-party tools, and continued compliance with these Terms. We may limit, suspend or terminate member access where a user misuses the platform, breaches these Terms, harms the community, provides false information, abuses support, or engages in unlawful, misleading or unethical conduct.

7. Income AI, Blue AI and Automated Recommendations

Income AI and Blue AI may use information such as your skills, interests, goals, employment status, availability, lifestyle, risk tolerance and other profile data to generate suggested income paths, learning routes, digital opportunities or business ideas. AI outputs are informational, educational and decision-support tools only.

AI-generated outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, unsuitable for your personal circumstances, or affected by the quality of the information you provide. You remain responsible for reviewing all recommendations and making your own decisions.
Platform Recommendation, Research and Safety Standards

Blue People, including its Income AI and Blue AI systems, may reference, analyse, recommend, feature, integrate with or provide access to selected third-party platforms, digital tools, marketplaces, websites, applications, services, business models, affiliate systems, educational resources and online opportunities as part of its ecosystem, research activities, AI-driven recommendations or member support services. The inclusion, exclusion, ranking, filtering, prioritisation or recommendation of any platform, website, opportunity or service may be determined by Blue People’s internal research team, technical team, moderation systems, compliance review processes, management decisions or operational policies. Such decisions may take into account factors including platform legality, public reputation, safety standards, operational transparency, user feedback, technical reliability, regulatory concerns, fraud-risk indicators, ethical considerations, online trust signals, platform stability and the overall suitability of the opportunity for the Blue People ecosystem and its members. Blue People may independently assess, test, review, access, analyse or monitor certain third-party platforms before they are featured, recommended or made accessible through the platform. However, despite reasonable review processes and safety measures, Blue People cannot guarantee the future conduct, performance, legality, availability, reliability, profitability, safety or continued legitimacy of any third-party platform, service or opportunity. In the evolving age of artificial intelligence, automation and digital platforms, users acknowledge that misleading, deceptive, fraudulent or harmful websites, systems, opportunities and online entities may appear legitimate or trustworthy. Blue People therefore implements internal filtering, moderation and recommendation standards intended to promote safer internet usage, reduce exposure to harmful or deceptive platforms and improve the quality of recommended opportunities made available to users. While Blue People aims to recommend platforms and opportunities that demonstrate positive operational credibility, constructive user experiences and reasonable trust indicators, all users remain responsible for conducting their own independent due diligence, risk assessment and decision-making before participating in, purchasing from, relying on or engaging with any third-party platform or opportunity. Nothing in this section shall be interpreted as a guarantee, certification, endorsement, warranty or representation that any third-party platform, service or opportunity is risk-free, suitable for every user, legally compliant in every jurisdiction or guaranteed to produce any financial, business or personal outcome.

You must not treat AI outputs as professional financial, legal, tax, investment, employment, accounting, business, psychological or other regulated advice. Before relying on recommendations that may affect your money, business, tax position, legal obligations or personal circumstances, you should seek advice from a qualified professional.

8. No Guaranteed Income, Wealth or Results

Blue People may present income models, digital platforms, business opportunities, creator economy concepts, affiliate models, eCommerce ideas, digital services, investments, content monetisation routes, freelancing platforms or other earning possibilities. These are opportunities and educational pathways, not guarantees.

Your results depend on many factors, including your skills, time, consistency, execution, market demand, location, legal compliance, platform rules, third-party decisions, capital, effort, quality of work, competition and broader economic conditions. We do not guarantee that you will earn money, obtain clients, build wealth, secure employment, receive investment returns, gain followers, receive platform approval, qualify for any programme, or achieve any particular outcome.

Any examples, testimonials, projections, case studies, figures, market references or success stories are illustrative only and should not be interpreted as promises, typical results or financial advice.

9. Financial, Investment, Tax and Business Disclaimer

Blue People operates as a digital income, AI, opportunity and community platform. Unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement and supported by the required regulatory authorisations, the platform does not provide regulated financial advice, investment advice, credit advice, insurance advice, tax advice, legal advice, accounting advice, asset management, securities dealing, collective investment services, banking services or payment services.

You are solely responsible for assessing risk before participating in any business, income, investment, affiliate, eCommerce, digital service, freelancing, content, platform or third-party opportunity. You must comply with all tax, exchange control, consumer protection, labour, advertising, platform, intellectual property, financial-sector and other laws applicable to your activities.

10. Fees, Payments, Subscriptions and Refunds

Certain services, memberships, tools, events, kits, subscriptions, products, upgrades or premium features may require payment. Prices, billing cycles, inclusions, exclusions, taxes, payment methods and renewal terms will be displayed or communicated before purchase where required by law.

  • You authorise us or our payment service providers to process applicable fees.
  • You must provide accurate billing and payment information.
  • Fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise, required by applicable law, or approved by us in writing.
  • We may suspend access for failed, reversed, disputed, fraudulent or overdue payments.
  • Third-party payment processors may apply their own terms, fees, verification checks and security procedures.

11. User Conduct and Community Standards

You agree to use the platform in a professional, lawful and respectful manner. You must not:

  • misrepresent yourself, your income, qualifications, business, affiliation or results;
  • promote scams, unlawful schemes, pyramid schemes, harmful financial conduct or deceptive opportunities;
  • harass, threaten, abuse, exploit, discriminate against or harm other users;
  • upload malware, spam, unauthorised advertising or harmful code;
  • scrape, copy, reverse engineer, overload, disrupt or interfere with the platform;
  • use platform content to create competing services without permission;
  • violate intellectual property, privacy, data protection or consumer rights;
  • share confidential member-only resources outside authorised channels;
  • use the platform for unlawful financial, investment, credit, gambling, fraudulent or high-risk activities.

12. Content, Intellectual Property and Licence

All platform content, including designs, logos, trademarks, text, tools, assessments, dashboards, workflows, frameworks, graphics, videos, documents, code, data structures, AI prompts, recommendations, member materials and training resources, belongs to Blue People or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for your personal or internal business purposes, subject to these Terms. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, reproduce, publish, modify, exploit, frame, scrape or commercialise platform content without written permission.

User content

If you submit information, posts, comments, files, business details, profile information, testimonials, ideas, feedback or other content, you grant Blue People a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, process, display, reproduce, adapt and use that content as reasonably necessary to operate, improve, secure, promote and provide the platform, subject to our privacy obligations and applicable law.

13. Third-Party Platforms, Links and Opportunities

The platform may refer to, integrate with, link to or recommend third-party websites, apps, service providers, platforms, payment processors, affiliate networks, freelance marketplaces, eCommerce tools, content platforms, software tools, social networks or external business opportunities. Third-party services are not controlled by Blue People unless expressly stated.

You access third-party services at your own risk and subject to their terms, fees, policies, eligibility rules and approval processes. We are not responsible for third-party downtime, decisions, account bans, non-payment, losses, content, data practices, security incidents, refunds, disputes or changes to their services.

14. Blue Life, Events, Travel, Giveaways and Member Benefits

Blue Life may include networking experiences, group travel, member kits, community recognition, gatherings, parties, collaborations, device giveaways, lifestyle opportunities and related member benefits. Participation may be subject to separate rules, availability, eligibility, capacity limits, safety requirements, payment, scheduling, third-party providers and local laws.

  • Travel, accommodation, transport, event access and third-party experiences may be subject to separate supplier terms.
  • Giveaways, promotions or member benefits may be changed, substituted, postponed or withdrawn where necessary or lawful.
  • You are responsible for your personal conduct, safety, travel documents, insurance, expenses and compliance at events unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Blue People may refuse entry or remove participants who breach event rules, act unsafely or harm the community.

15. Privacy, Data Protection and Communications

We process personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws and our Privacy Policy. Personal information may be collected when you browse the website, apply for membership, complete assessments, use AI tools, make payments, attend events, contact support, join community spaces or interact with platform features.

By using the platform, you consent to receiving service communications, onboarding messages, security alerts, account notices and transactional messages. Marketing communications may be sent where permitted by law or with your consent, and you may opt out where legally required.

16. Security, Verification and Platform Integrity

We may use reasonable technical, administrative and organisational measures to protect the platform. However, no digital system is completely secure. You must use secure devices, strong passwords, updated software and reasonable caution when accessing the platform or third-party links.

We may conduct verification, fraud prevention, risk monitoring, payment checks, access controls and abuse detection where reasonably necessary to protect users, Blue People, partners and the platform ecosystem.

17. Availability, Maintenance and Changes

We aim to provide a reliable platform, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, secure or continuous access. The platform may be unavailable because of maintenance, updates, security issues, network failures, third-party outages, hosting issues, legal requirements, force majeure events or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We may update content, tools, assessments, pricing, membership features, service descriptions, AI models and platform functionality from time to time. We are not liable for reasonable modifications, suspensions or discontinuations of features unless otherwise required by law.

18. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, restrict or terminate your account, membership, access or participation if we reasonably believe that you have breached these Terms, violated applicable law, created risk for the platform, abused other users, engaged in fraud, caused reputational harm, failed to pay fees, misused confidential materials, or acted inconsistently with the Blue People community standards.

You may stop using the platform at any time. Termination does not affect accrued rights, payment obligations, confidentiality duties, intellectual property rights, disclaimers, liability limits or any provisions intended to survive termination.

19. Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability and Indemnity

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We disclaim all warranties not expressly stated in these Terms, including implied warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, availability, merchantability, non-infringement and suitability of recommendations.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blue People, its directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, partners and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages, loss of profits, loss of income, loss of data, loss of opportunity, business interruption, reputational harm, third-party platform decisions or unsuccessful outcomes arising from your use of the platform.

You agree to indemnify and hold Blue People harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, penalties, costs and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, unlawful conduct, misuse of the platform, user content, third-party disputes, financial decisions, business activities or violation of any rights or laws.

20. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, unless mandatory consumer protection or other applicable laws require otherwise. Before starting formal proceedings, you agree to contact us and attempt to resolve any dispute in good faith.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be referred to a competent court, tribunal, regulator, ombud or alternative dispute resolution forum with jurisdiction, depending on the nature of the dispute and applicable law.

21. Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the platform, services, technology, law, risk controls, business model or community requirements. The updated version will be posted on the website with a revised effective date. Where required by law, we may provide additional notice.
